Switch Terms
These terms outline your eligibility and the criteria that must be met to receive account credit for switching to ABR Hosting.

Criteria
Users must purchase a service with us on a monthly term to qualify for account credit. Eligible service categories:
- Web / Shared Hosting
- Game Server Hosting
- VPS Hosting
- WordPress Hosting
The purchased service must use the same or less resources than what was provided by your previous provider, or be cheaper before discounts than the service offered by your previous provider. If you are unsure whether your case qualifies, please contact our sales team for clarification before purchasing.
Redeeming
A ticket must be raised with our sales team within 24 hours of your purchase. The ticket must include the following details about your previous provider:
- Name of previous provider
- Monthly / yearly cost of service
- Screenshot of contract
Account credit is given out at the discretion of the sales team. You might not receive the full amount that was left on your prior contract, and at a maximum you will receive credit to cover 3 months of your service.
