These terms outline your eligiility and criteria that must be met to receive account credit.
Criteria
Users must purchase a service with us on a monthly term to be able to qualify for account credit.
Eligible service categories:
Web/Shared Hosting
Game Server Hosting
VPS Hosting
Wordpress Hosting
The purchased service must utilise the same or less resources than what was provided by your previous provider or be cheaper before discounts than the service offered than your previous provider. IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE CONTACT OUR SALES TEAM FOR CLARIFICATION.
Redeeming
A ticket must be raised with our sales team within 24 hours of your purchase, the ticket must include the following details about your previous provider:
Name of previous provider
Monthly/Yearly Cost of service
Screenshot of contract
It is important to note that account credit is given out at the discression of the sales team. You might not receive the full amount that was left on your prior contract and at a maximum you will receive credit to cover 3 months of your service.
